The multi-family office announced the opening of its new headquarters in Hong Kong, its expansion into Singapore, and its new office in Beijing to strengthen its position and roll out its new ecosystem system strategy.
Raffle Family Office’s New Strategy
The Raffles Ecosystem is a physical workspace specifically designed to help single-family offices house their activities and extend their reach using the RFO’s network and services. The facility is located opposite their Hong Kong headquarters and already includes two partner firms. The firms are provided with private offices, a communal lounge; consisting of a pool table, pantry, relaxation zone, and RFO’s rich supporting services.
“As a company with a single office family heritage, we’re acutely aware of their wealth management needs and challenges. Through Raffles Ecosystem, we hope to provide SFOs with the support and services they need to grow,” said Chiman Kwan, founder, and CEO of Raffles Family Office.
Apart from their offices in Singapore and Hong Kong, they have also extended their reach to Beijing, including their new headquarters. The new head of the office, Annie Hu, was named executive director by the Raffles Family Office and was recently employed to oversee the business in Mainland China.
“I’m delighted to be joining Raffles Family Office at such an exciting time in its expansion,” said Ms. Hu. “With its existing presence in Shanghai and now an on-the-ground team in Beijing, I believe RFO is extremely well placed to understand and serve the needs of China’s fast-growing ultra-high-net-worth individuals.”
Apart from its branch in Beijing, RFO operates across five locations in Asia, including Taipei and Shanghai. Its regional footprint now extends to 35,000 square feet along with the capacity to employ 350 employees, a goal that the firm hopes to reach within the next two years, given its accelerated growth rate.
