According to statement issued on Monday, Jones Lang LaSalle’s (JLL) has appointed Kian-Jin Khoo to the newly created role of head of private wealth, capital markets, APAC.
Khoo will be based in Singapore and will report to Tim Graham, head of capital strategies and will be responsible for leading JLL’s capital markets advisory for high net worth and family office clients.
Khoo has around 17 years of experience, and his was most recent employment was at a single-family office in Singapore where he worked as the CEO and chief investment officer for more than four years. Prior to that, he worked at UBS’ wealth arm for 12 years as a private bankers.
“Private wealth will undoubtedly play a more visible role in global real estate,” said Graham. “High net worth capital originating from Asia Pacific is forming an increasingly greater component of active global capital,” he added.
