Tech-enabled local farming and greenhouse startup Pure Harvest Smart Farms raised a $21M Series A round from Wafra International Investment. The round is part of a commitment of up to $100M from Wafra. Not only do Pure Harvest’s greenhouses offer local sourcing, which has come into focus as Covid-19 needs have challenged supply chains, but the company’s technology could also be a solution for climate change impacts.
