DNB Asset Management has a hired experienced business developer to boost its retail sales in central Europe.

DNB Asset Management has hired Alexander Kreabs for the role of director of international sales. He will be based in Frankfurt am Main in Germany, the EUR 60 billion asset manager announced on LinkedIn, and joins the firm from fund distribution company FENTHUM where he has been for 18 months. Kreabs will work with retail sales in Germany, Austria and Switzerland and report to Hagen-Holger, who is country manager for the three central European markets. "The market is increasingly demanding our Nordic investment solutions and rewarding our holistic ESG approach. Therefore, we are strengthening our sales team," DNB writes. The new sales hire spent seven years (2006-2014) at Blackrock, before moving on to Invesco Asset Management as head of bank sales for Northern Germany.
