Alpha Capital Family Office has successfully brought on board Alexandra Romeo Boyles and Will Coughlin, formerly with Citi Private Bank, where they managed assets exceeding $3 billion.
Boyles, now a partner and senior wealth strategist, and Coughlin, a partner and senior investment strategist, join the Denver-based firm, which specializes in advising ultra-high-net-worth clients, including endowments, foundations, non-profits, and family offices.
Boyles highlighted Alpha Capital’s commitment to prioritizing clients’ interests and its strategy of working with fewer than 50 families, allowing for a dedicated and personalized approach.
Alpha Capital Family Offices, established in 2020 after separating from Alpha Capital Management Group, is owned by Doug Campbell, Christopher Baxter, Thomas Dameron, Michael Dieschbourg, and Lori Napodano, managing approximately $180 million in assets.
Founding partner Doug Campbell emphasized the team’s collective experience of over 250 years and its focus on delivering exceptional outcomes for a select group of clients, which attracts top talent from major banks and wealth management firms.
This recruitment follows the April hiring of Tom Riley from Northern Trust as head of portfolio management. Lumina Consulting assisted Alpha Capital in securing Boyles and Coughlin.
