While specific amounts for individual investments aren’t disclosed, Emerson’s AI portfolio includes global companies such as a New York-based AI medical firm, a California image analyzer, a French large language model developer, and a Norwegian company that creates AI-powered tools for educators.
Emerson Collective has made over 130 investments, with more than half in technology, including a $415 million investment in French AI company Mistral and a $372 million round for Formation Bio, an AI-driven pharmaceutical company.
