DRA Family Office announces the creation of DRA Investment Fund I, a $10 million fund which is dedicated to support women business owners in different sectors by granting them access to capital.

Rose Vitale, the managing member of DRA is an investor and serial entrepreneur who has been helping female entrepreneurs secure capital. She is committed to helping female business owners secure funding for their businesses.

“Most female-led businesses have revenue of under $1 million a year. Women face significant challenges accessing the capital they need to take their businesses to the next level. So, there’s a lot of room for growth there,” said Vitale.

“Women have all the skills and knowledge they need to succeed,” Vitale says. “Often all that’s missing is somebody investing and believing in them. DRA Family Office is aiming to change the state of funding for women business owners with our first fund, and we know there will be follow-on funds,” he added.

DRA Family Office was founded in 2019, and it invests in middle-market private equity, as well as with early-stage companies in a variety of industries, real estate, technology, retail, and equity venture opportunities. The family office is interested in partnering with other family offices and investors who want to help business owners suceed.

“We know there are others out there interested in backing women-owned business,” said Vitale. “We look forward to meeting them and working with them. We have great sources for deal flow,” he added.
