Creative Artists Agency (CAA) has announced the launch of its new Global Family Office Advisory practice—marking what it calls a first-of-its-kind offering in the talent agency space. The initiative will be spearheaded by seasoned industry expert Julie Zorn.
With over 20 years of experience advising ultra-high-net-worth individuals, legacy families, and family offices, Zorn brings deep expertise in family governance, operational strategy, and philanthropic and human capital advisory. She previously led the family office division at StevenDouglas and founded Pinnacle Global Family Office Consulting. Her early career was rooted in global private banking and wealth management.
The advisory unit aims to support clients with bespoke guidance on wealth structuring, intergenerational planning, and organizational efficiency—combining strategic counsel with global connectivity.
CAA President Jim Burtson described the new practice as a way to help families “redefine how they steward wealth, legacy, and impact,” while CAA Sports President Paul Danforth praised Zorn as “a trusted voice in the family office world, known for her discretion and strategic clarity.”
Zorn called CAA “a unique intersection of culture, capital, and connection,” positioning the firm as a natural home for its forward-thinking approach to family wealth.
