Inflection Point Intelligence (IPI), specializing in global financial services, announced the launch of the Henley Family Program, its latest financial management program.
The program is specifically created to meet the needs of wealth management industries and private banks. It is also used to help executives provide better services and create successful family offices from the set up to management.
The Henley Executive Hedge Fund Program and Henley Business School are core parts that the executive training program is built on. The latter is a renowned education and training resource for professionals looking to gain knowledge, specific training, and networking.
Henley Business School, one of the UK’s oldest business schools, is one of the program’s key partners. Apart from this, high-profile experts, such as Carret Private Capital, Withers Worldwide, and Interactive Brokers, and students with wealth management experience are partnered with the program.
Veteran Anna Stephenson, the managing director at Inflection Point Intelligence, believes that the program’s launch is a milestone in their mission to make career-oriented education accessible worldwide. In addition, IPI can help bring in a new supply of talent for the flourishing wealth management industry and the many rising family offices.
“Working with the IPI team to help design the course has enabled me to share my experience in building and to manage one of Asia’s most successful multi-family offices with over USD2 billion in assets under management. As we train a new generation, I hope we can reduce the talent gap our industry is facing and deepen understanding of family office structures,” says Kenny Ho, the managing partner at Carret Private.
According to Steve Bernstein, the co-founder at Inflection Point Intelligence, the goal of the family office program is to provide players in the wealth management industry with networking opportunities and practical financial knowledge. Private Banks, Broker-Dealers, Law firms, Accounting firms, the Family Offices, and IT professionals make up the program’s ecosystem. At the core, the program aims to educate client-facing employees to provide the best service to not fall behind in the industry.
“Online education supports the needs of wealth centres around the world experiencing a shortage of talent”, says Stephenson. “The program is 100 percent online, allowing participants to learn at their own pace. All lecturers are industry practitioners with many years of experience in the wealth management space.”
