We are selective in our client base and only work with buyers that are a good fit for us. We don’t market for new clients so we don’t overcrowd and therefore can give the best attention and service that our clients will not experience elsewhere.
We work only direct to vendor or Mandate and have exclusivity on the majority of our stock to provide our clients with the cream of stock they would not otherwise have access to. Our clients stay with us and rely on our expertise whilst on their continual search for specific developments, land or projects.
